If you have dreamed Italy, you have also dreamed Garda Lake. This is the quintessence of Italy. The rows of vineyards, the rolling green hills and the sinuous profiles that soften to the melting point in the lake invite you to come back again and again.
From the Morenic Hills, to Valpolicella, up to Trentino Alto Adige … Garda Lake is a popular destination for many cyclists and cycling teams for the mild climate all year round and cycling routes that can be ride.
Avio – San Valentino (also known as Piccolo Stelvio) and the “legendary” Peri – Fosse, are two of the most famous climbs in the area, to be ride at least once in life and can not be missing in your cycling palmares.
CHASING THE PEAKS OF MONTE BALDO
The area around Garda Lake is divided into 3 zones to discover with your mtb: Val Tenesi and Valpolicella around Garda Lake dotted with white roads; Monte Baldo, a unique mountain for mountain bike lovers where it passes from the Mediterranean scrubland in the area just above the lake, to the Dolomites fauna of high altitude clearings.
LUCA CARLETTI, THE SOUL OF DOLCI COLLI BIKE HOTEL
I was riding through Peschiera, hidden and little known places, along the road a few local cyclists. I took it as a sign of destiny. I am Luca, passionate bike and owner of the “Dolci Colli Bike Hotel”, from that day I work to offer to all bike lovers full services and accompaniment, outside the traditional routes, along our territory so varied and unique for its mild climate all year round and its proximity to Lake Garda, the Morainic Hills, Valpolicella and Trentino Alto Adige for those who prefer long climbs. Are you ready?
